Highest Professional Standards
Prior to a Realtor receiving a real estate licence, they must successfully complete the extensive course of study developed and outlined by OREA on behalf of the Real Estate Council Ontario. The first two years or practicing, learning realtors are also required to successfully complete three more additional courses as part of their articling with the experienced Broker. Then all licensees, in addition, must continue to attend the required courses throughout their careers to maintain and keep their license.
